Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hairdryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), bedlinen and air conditioning. The apartments are self-catering and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. Mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay is charged at 50.00 euros per apartment to be paid during your stay. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned and the garbage collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional 100.00 euros for cleaning. The car park is private and available for guest. Pets are accepted in limited numbers and upon request by the customer to be reconfirmed by the Management. Dogs must be up to medium size (maximum 20 kg), only one pet per apartment, and have free access to all areas on a leash. The supplement foreseen for their stay is 50.00 euros per stay. Important: pets can never be left alone in the apartment, under penalty of immediate expulsion from the facility. La Residenza del Golfo is a totally non-smoking facility (including electronic cigarettes) and smoking is also prohibited in the outdoor spaces inside the property.

Check in is from 4 pm to 7 pm and check out by 10 am.
